ABOUT US
A-Grade Anodising is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of combined experience. Our core team has remained consistent for over 16 years with Belinda and Jenny.
Our floor manager Ben joined us 5 years ago coming to us with 15 year's experience in the aluminum industry. We have been located in the same factory for 16 years and are well known within the industry.
Services
We perform sulphuric anodising to add colour and corrosion resistance to aluminium products, including Hard Anodising.
We specialise in component anodising and offer a variety of colours and finishes.
Our Tank sizes are all 1400 x 800 x 450mm

Benefits of Anodising
DURABILITY
Most anodised products have an extremely long lifespan. Anodising is a reacted finish that is integrated with the underlying aluminium for total bonding and unmatched adhesion.
COLOUR STABILITY
Exterior anodic coatings provide good stability to ultraviolet rays, do not chip or peel, and are easily repeatable.
EASE OF MAINTENANCE
Scars and wear from fabrication, handling, installation, frequent surface dirt cleaning and usage are virtually non-existent.
AESTHETICS
Anodising offers a large number of gloss and colour alternatives and minimises or eliminates colour variations.
COSTS
A lower initial finishing cost combines with lower maintenance costs for greater long-term value.
Safety
Anodising is a safe process that is not harmful to human health. An anodised finish is chemically stable, will not decompose; is non toxic; and is heat-resistant to the melting point of aluminium.
